Order Process from Purchase to Delivery

① Deposit Payment
Complete the deposit payment of USD 854 through the Shopify product page. Your order will be officially confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

② Family Crest & Japanese Name Design
Based on the origin and historical background of your name, our company will independently create three original design proposals. The design and Japanese name you select will be finalized as the official version.

③ Design Confirmation → Production Start
Once the design is confirmed, production will begin.

④ Product Completion & Confirmation
After completion, we will photograph the finished product and send the images to you by email.

⑤ Balance Payment
We will provide a link to the dedicated “Balance Payment Page.” Please complete the remaining balance of USD 1,000.

⑥ Payment Confirmation & Packaging
After your payment is confirmed, we will carefully begin the packaging process.

⑦ Shipping & Notification
We will send you photos of the packaged item and then ship via FedEx. The tracking number will be provided after shipment.

🔄 Return Procedure

Pre-Shipment Confirmation: We will photograph the item before shipping and send the images to you.

Delivery (Customer): Please receive the item.

Unboxing: Please record a video while unboxing the package.

Damage Check: If any damage or defects are found, please contact us immediately.

Proof Submission: Submit the unboxing video and photos of the damage to us.

Seller Action: We will file an official claim with the carrier and insurance company.

Return Preparation: Repack the item in its original box and attach the enclosed return label.

Pickup Request: We will arrange the pickup on your behalf (return shipping costs are covered by us).

Return Insurance: Insurance also applies during return shipping. Once the item arrives, we will inspect it.

Refund or Replacement: After inspection, we will promptly issue a refund or provide a replacement.
