Japanese Name Calligraphy by a Certified Shodo Master

Many calligraphers create beautiful name art.
The elegance of such works can capture the heart at first sight, yet often they remain only as “letters of beauty,” without a deeper story or history behind them.

Our name art aspires to go further.
Each piece is crafted not only for its visual beauty, but also to carry the meaning of the name, the spirit passed down through history, and a reflection of the present moment we live in.

The era we live in today was not born by chance.
It has been shaped by countless decisions, events, and layers of history.
Have you ever wished your name could carry the same depth — a soul inherited from the past, and meaning that speaks to the present?

In 1854, Japan opened its doors to the world in the port city of Shimoda.
Rooted in this land, a historic inn that has preserved the local culture and spirit for generations directly supervises the creation of our name artworks.
Through this legacy, your name will be transformed into a unique work of art — infused with history and soul.

If Japan had not opened at that moment, today’s world might never have existed.
That is why a name artwork supervised in this historic place is not just calligraphy — it is a name with a soul.

This is for those who:

①Value history and culture

②Wish to give a meaningful gift

③Are seeking a true keepsake to last a lifetime

From this moment on, your name carries history.
Together with a story that has been passed down in Shimoda for over 150 years,
your name will become a symbol carried into the future.
